Consultation

When planning out Traffic Management, many sites require council liaison along the way. Our planning team will assist you on a 1-2-1 project management basis and can incorporate the survey, design, TM Plan, customer and council requirements together.

We will complete and submit Traffic Management applications on your behalf, update you with progress and notify you once approvals have been received.

We have years of experience working with local authorities and Highways England. Such knowledge allows us to quickly understand what level of liaison and permitting is required for your job. They will make sure that the requirements are thoroughly understood to carry out a safe and efficient service.

Design

The element of CAD design forms an integral part of our business, and our designers pride themselves on delivering a scaled, accurate and detailed CAD drawing. Highlighting any nearby housing or parking that may cause any obstruction to the job.

We use the latest industry specific software Cone11 and only using OS Mapping allows scaled drawings.

We design all sized projects, including multi-phased, complex setups or scheme works covering 12A,B & D. This includes urbanised rural and high speed traffic management including dual carriageway and motorway works.

All of our designs undertake a 3 stage audit and sign off process, this management review in line with our ISO9001/2015 quality system allows our client to have complete trust in the design(s) we are supplying. Examples of our designs can be viewed below:

Installation

Once all permits and permissions are agreed, our operations team will book in the job via our bespoke Traffic Management App which in turn gets distributed to our operatives who will pick this up on their tablet. Throughout the job all images and notes are saved on to the system in real time. We can offer our clients the opportunity to have a log in to the system to overview the job.

Highspeed 12AB

We have an established high-speed capability, with the provision of Impact Protection Vehicles and the qualified operatives.

We offer a wide range of services related to the provision of high speed works included but not limited to:

– Off peak, relaxed lane closures, including working on the managed motorway network

– Narrow lanes
– Contra-flow systems
– Full carriageway closures
– Provision of Traffic Safety & Control Officers
– Portable Variable Messaging Signs (VMS)

Streetworks 12D

We offer a full range of Traffic Management services, including but not limited to:

– Temporary traffic lights (2,3,4 & 5 way systems and temporary pedestrian crossings)
– Stop/go systems (including mobile works)
– Lane closures
– Priority systems
– Road closures
– Portable Variable Messaging Signs (VMS)

All our operatives are qualified to the NHSS 12D for street works and have the necessary skills and experience to install and commission various traffic management systems.

Event Management

We offer a comprehensive Events Management package. We undertake events of any size, from marathons, cycle tours, concerts through to parades. We will tailor a package to meet your requirements, from consultancy, design through to the implementation, maintenance and removal of Traffic Management. A debrief meeting is highly recommended too.

Traffic Management for events is highly specialized, the likelihood is that there will be a much higher increase in both traffic volume and pedestrian movement.
